Suitable cleansing methods are water cleansing, moonlight cleansing and smoke cleansing*. Occasional sunlight cleansing can be helpful too, just remember to avoid strong and direct sunlight. 

*Only use natural incense with no added fragrance or chemicals, or natural materials such as sage for smoke cleansing. You may refer to our Incense Collection for the natural incense we are using for smoke cleansing in-store and at home!

How long will my items take to arrive?

All orders are shipped on business days only. Your order will reach you within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for orders above $80! For those of you that require your items at an earlier date, we provide Express Shipping at a small fee.

 

How do I change the delivery address?

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Singapore, and do not ship to international locations.

 

Do you allow store collection?

Yes we do. The estimated store collection date is 5-7 days upon making your order. Our retail staff will contact you once your parcel is ready for collection. 

 

What do I do when I receive the wrong product or there is a missing item?
