RETURNS & REFUNDS
REQUIREMENTS:
We offer returns for items within 15 days of receipt of shipment for refund or exchange if you meet the following requirements.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

We reserved the right to charge you restocking fee and initial shipping if the FREE shipping service is provided for the the item.

The return shipping must be bared by the buyer
HOW TO RETURN?
Kindly contact us immediately if you would like to return and we will provide you the address to ship.
All the return item must be shipped with a tracking number.
If the return item is lost/damage in transit, buyer shall bear the responsibility.
REFUND
Once we received the item, the refund is initiated within 3 to 5 days.

If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to that card. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
