RETURN & EXCHANGE

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

1.   Items sold on TREASURECOVEONLYSG (excluding discounted and promotional items) are eligible for an one-time exchange upon arrangement with TREASURECOVEONLYSG customer service, within 7 days from date of purchase (stated on original receipt). 

2.   The exchanged item must be of equivalent or higher valuer than the original purchase, excluding delivery fee and/or postage fees. Delivery fee and/or postage fees will be fully covered by the customer. 

3.   Items will only be accepted if the following conditions are met: 

(a)    Item is in original condition and packaging (unmarked, and not defaced in any manner), and accompanied by original receipts and certificates (where applicable).

(b)   Customer received the wrong order.

(c)   Customer received a defective product. (As it is natural for crystals, jades, amber and woods to have inclusions, defective products refers to product that has broken apart. For product(s) that are stringed together with elastic and/or non-elastic string, customer may bring to our physical store at Fu Lu Shou Complex #02-24, Singapore 188425 for restringing.) 

4.   Product(s) ordered from TREASURECOVEONLYSG E-Store are not exchangeable or returnable due to Change of Mind. ​

5.   Custom jewellery and custom-designed product(s) are final sales, and are ineligible for exchange. 

6.   Item sold can only be exchanged for other items of is same merchandise category.​​​​

       S/N            Category

       1.               Precious jewellery exchangeable for precious jewellery. 

       2.               Precious stone, such as Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Pearl and Jade, is exchangeable for precious stone. 

       3.               Non-precious stone, metal and costume jewellery cannot be exchanged for precious stone, metal and jewellery. ​

7. No cash refund is allowed

HOW TO PROCEED FOR EXCHANGE

Please send an email to treasurecoveonlysg@gmail.com to request for an exchange with attaching image(s) of the product. After receiving an acknowledgement email, bring along the product and receipt to TREASURECOVEONLYSG showroom, you can exchange for other items of higher value (required to top up the difference).

*Note: Exchanged item(s) must satisfy the conditions as stated in “Our Exchange Policy" section (of this page). ​​

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM VIA DELIVERY?

If an item delivered to you is damaged, please refuse the shipment.  You may contact our Customer Care Team at (65) 8686 9343, or email us at treasurecoveonlysg@gmail.com, where our customer service team will assist you. 

If you have already accepted the delivery, kindly retain all relevant packaging materials along with the product in its original condition. Claims for damaged or missing item(s) should be reported within 1 working day upon receipt of your order. You may email us at treasurecoveonlysg@gmail.com with relevant photographs of alleged damage or missing item(s).

Returns can take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once received, we will examine and advise you accordingly within 5 business days.

In the event when the product returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund for the product, and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
