All orders are shipped on business days only. For SG address, your order will reach you within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping is FREE for orders above $80! For those of you that require your items at an earlier date, we provide Express Shipping at a small fee.
How do I change the delivery address?
Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver within Singapore Main Island.
Shipping rates and time to other locations depends on the courier quotes from 3rd party courier services.
Do you allow store collection?
Yes we do. The estimated store collection date is 5-7 days upon making your order. Our retail staff will contact you once your parcel is ready for collection.
What do I do when I receive the wrong product or there is a missing item?
